I consider this automated backlink creation and it is detrimental to your site's SEO health!

Only if you point this to your money site. But if you use this to backlink your backlink's backlinks (yeah, this is 4th tier) then you're fine. It's kind of like using a free Lindexed service.

These are ok methods for getting a site indexed and as they are whois and stat sites they will not damage a site even if it's new, hence the fact they are good for indexing.
Once you have done it move on as the links themselves aren't particularly strong.

They are whois, sitecalue stats etc, they dont even gonna matter to your SEO but if you want to do manually it gonna take you weeks which can be done in automated.
But its always your choice
