Has anyone found a installer creator that has the option to make a website pop-up when the installer is finished running?

I've found many installer creators, but none of them have the option to make it so a website pops-up when the person runs the installation file...

there are lot of programs for editing exe. it is not a good idea, instead build your own loader which calls main exe after running your pop up code.
you can do this programming in vb.

Use qsetup to build ur installer.
You have the option there.
