Hi Kingmaker, I'm interested in buying 10 sites. Can you PM me with a sample site. I currently dont have an adsense account and I know how restricted google is these days, can you guarantee an adsense account too or help me with getting an account. Lastly, is this income stream forever? By this I mean, will I get lower keyword searches every month even if I do good SEO? (I know how google's panda update screwed things up for some people) Thanks

Do you send a seo competion report for the kw?

are the EMD with or w/o Hyphens?

Is the Adwords competition for the keywords High, Medium or is it low?
Are the kw Seasonal or brand names etc?

Do the sites have a contact, privacy etc pages?
Do you use nulled scripts or themes?

I am also a Niche Marketer and I am also in favor of monetizing niche site through Google Adsense as an alternative to Digital Products from Clickbank or Physical Products from Amazon. You should try Niche Marketing today. Note: Beware of Google Panda/Penguin Updates.
 
So far 5 sites completed. With articles and images. Let's see how the profit will come, but looks like alot of SEO needed to be done manually on my own from now. Anyway delivered on time... Now I have to decide is I would want to continue to invest in SEO for these 5 sites.
