It was working before. Now on the claiming page it say's only that:

I used the one "HealeyV3" posted (USA).. but you're right. it's redirecting me to the main page now.

maybe try back again in 7-10 days like FX155 said.. if it still doesn't work try searching google for it.

They will ask you to add a credit card to use free credit. Any one get free advertising credit by just adding his site in bing search engine.

You can't use it without a CC but take a VCC, it costs 2$.
