1. Copy all program dezender to folder c:\dezenders
2. copy zended php file(s) to folder c:\dezenders
3. open the c prompt
4. type cd dezenders
5 Now you got c:\dezenders>
6. Run c:\dezenders>php.exe name_of_file.php
7. checkout the file name_of_file.de <- it's dezended php file

Last step
Upload the nulled scripts to rapidshare.com and post it here so we can get it for free

Like a moron i managed to overwrite my source file with an encrypted version! Your script really helped me out. It didn't dezend the file perfectly, but after about 15 minutes of filling in missing bits of code i had my file back!

PHP source might be obfuscated, and that is why you cannot dezend it.

I just wanted to say THANKS for helping me! I got what I needed!

I do got to say that the instruction were abit off the mark though, but I firgure it out.

#1 - Download the application and unzip files into a folder onto the c:/ (call it dezerder)

#2 - Once unzip. Go into your new unzip dezender folder and determine if you need dezend 4 or dezend 5. (Mostly likey you will need dezend 5 for newer server installation) Once you've decided. Go into the which ever folder you decide on dezerd 4 or 5, there you will see another folder called Zend. Move this folder to your c:/ and rename it php5 if you decide on dezerd 5, do the same for dezerd 4 but rename it php4.

#3 - Now move all your protected .php files into you dezender folder.

#4 - Now run your command windows (DOS windows)

#5 - CD to your dezerder folder

#6 - Enter command "php.exe filename.php"

#7 - Check you dezender folder. You should see the filename.de.php

#8 - If you see this, then your file has been decryted! Now just remove the .de. "rename" from the file and you got a open source file!

I hope this helps, cause this is the way I did it.

Let's say I had 100+ directories, with over 1000 files - and a very good track record so far of the dezender working, how could I dump them all in and get out again without manually doing each file?

If you're using linux you could do something like this:

find . -iname '*.php' -exec dezend {} \;

That should work with maybe a little modification of the dezend file name and the appropriate params for it's command line use.

Note that I have never used the program and don't even know if it is a linux app but if it is that's how you could do it

Hey thanks a lot for your instructions. I had to modify yours a little to get it working. I created a new empty folder named php5, then moved the entire "Zend for php5" folder right into it, not rename it. I ran "php.exe myfilename.php" and it outputted into the dezender folder as myfilename.de.php. Worked flawlessly!! :marchmell

It says on their site that their script is encoded with Ioncube. So even if someone had a current copy of the price comparison script, this dezender wouldn't do any good on it.
