The key is to find LOW KEY blog networks, these aren't the ones that are heavily marketed on SEO blogs. These are ones that are low-key, limit the number of clients, and are high-quality.
Don't use networks that utilize SPUN content and/or content that is mass blasted across their network. Meaning the same duplicate article on every site in their network. All it takes is for one article to become scrutinized and the whole network gets deindexed. That means that the networks that work are EXPENSIVE but worth it for that reason. Low, cheap quality networks get vetted quickly and so does their trust/PageRank, so it's worth paying a little more for a long lasting network.

I would just make one if I was you. Think about how much you would spend in monthly fees, to begin with: right there, you could buy a few domains. How many months would you subscribe to the link network? I would bet you could pay for a year of hosting on a few different shared hosts for the same cost.
Essentially, what I am saying is to weigh the price and the benefits of owning your own network against paying monthly for something that can go down at any time.
I've been saying it for a while now - and I will repeat it: self-owned private link networks are the future of SEO. One day soon, this info will be mainstream. For now, it's not being said in the mainstream.
But the smart SEOs (some of which are on this forum) are doing this and they will agree with me.

No more Blog networks Pleaseeeeee. I have already lost many thing by using these networks. small networks are still ok but i really don't believe the big networks.

Great info, but the biggest problem with this idea is that most people don't know how to run a successful network.
It's really not as simple as buy a few domains, buy hosting, and get started.
There's a science to it, which is why some networks can last years, and others get wiped out in a matter of months.
The reason that people utilize services is because they know the risk or running a network, and want to leave it to the experts. Instead of focusing a ton of time on building a network, they focus on growing clients and scaling their business.
If you know how to build a successful network, it can be incredibly powerful.
I am coming out with a guidebook on how to do it (end of this month). I've been building networks like this for years, and run my networks with software I wrote to keep track of everything.
