We are working on sending out the reports - we have been working actually on bonus for our members that will be given next week to all existing customers

We are still closed for new orders until we will clear the orders in queue.
so. moving my three orders to diverse seo and getting rid of seo background. I made a support ticket about this two weeks ago. I have updated the ticket twice. I have heard nothing in response. I have gotten emails from Bart claiming all tickets will be handled within 24 hours. It has been 336+ hours.
Today I received a mass email from Bart claiming everyone who wanted seo background stopped and their orders moved to diverse seohave been taken care of. No they haven't. I know at least one person (me) who has been conveniently ignored.

I said - all tickets will be answered within a day. Please be aware of different timezones.
Also all requests were moved to DS - control panel logins will be issues once reports are ready. I want to prioritize work over the control panel access for now.

Got my first reports.
It contains reports from 9 different platforms. very well diversified links.
my serp is going up and down past few days, a good sign, i hope it gets settled at top once all the links are indexed and along with the remaining links. will be placing an order soon for new site once they are backup.

All reports will be delivered until Friday.
We are working on them and adding some bonuses as we speak.
We are giving much more backlink types than originally advertised to make up the extending time frame.
Next week we are planning to finish all orders completely.

I've waited almost 30 DAYS...if my reports aren't in my inbox by tomorrow I'm filing a paypal complaint...THIS IS BS!

I've waited for 30 whopping days. I was assured that there would be a biweekly report every 14 days. It's exactly 30 days now and I've received nothing. I believe I've been every bit patient and understanding but this is getting ridiculous. My SERPs are also still not in the top 1000, no ranking movement whatsoever. I was assured that I would receive my reports multiple times. I'm sorry but if I do not receive a report in 12 hours I'd like a 100% refund as stated in the OP.
EDIT: 24 hours later: I would like a refund, I'm no longer interested in the service. As stated in the OP, I'm entitled to a refund. You can remove the links created. Please PM me once it's done. I would've expected better from this as you've been a responsible person.
