Getting started with my first CPA website, need a little help.

Hey guys, so I've devised a plan for my venture into CPA. First off, I'm not sure whether I should get domain or hosting. I don't really know what I should put on a CPA website too, I plan on using FileIce with the email submit ad I guess. So do I offer them something? Or do I just have a blank website with just the CPA code on them?

If anyone has a guide to setting up a CPA website, whether I should use domain/hosting or just a free one, it'd be really helpful. Thank you!
