Giveaway Section - SUGGESTION

I'd like to make a suggestion. Taking a quick look at the black hat seo forum and you'll find around 10 FREE giveaways on the front page, making the legit help and questions threads pushed back to the 2nd or 3rd page. The people creating these threads are basically people asking for thanks and rep.

I feel there need's to be a section devoted to FREE giveaways which will help keep the black hat seo category more on topic!

If the giveaways had their own section the first page would still be filled with youtube bot threads and countless other threads that also don't help. If giveaways had their own section, then every topic should have it's own section. That would take forever, and alot of work. Thats why the blackhat seo has it's own section, because it actually deserves it's own section, so if the first page is filled with giveaways, you can always hit the blackhat seo link on the left side of the page. And whats wrong with giveaways for thanks? If it's worth a thanks they will get it, and if it's not then they won't.

You totally missed the whole point of the thread.

Free giveaways should have their own section.

I think that would create a problem because tons of people would just go through that section and comment on every thread. Now, if people want to do that, they atleast have to put in some effort to find these threads haha.

It would also promote freeloading, which would make BHW less professional.

Maybe a section for guys to make multiple threads about these giveaway threads even though 90% of respondents seem to be cool with them?

Honestly though, I think it's a "make work" project for higher ups that have better things to do. Whats the benefit? They still show up in the newest threads area and modding the section would be as waste of time IMO.
