Multiple Fiverr accounts withdrawing to same Paypal

So if i want to have another fiverr account for selling stuff, all i need to do is to go to my paypal and add a new email address and use it in my new fiverr account?
Can someone confirm if i got it right and if its still works well?

Yes no problem but if you will do something bad on one acc (someone reports you) you will get banned all your accs. Believe me they banned me 3 accs at once ...

Your withdrawals will now be suspended if you have multiple fiverr accounts with same paypal, according to fiverr support team. Just create a new paypal email for each account and you will be fine.

Accounts can still be identified even using different emails on the same account as they are linked to unique code for each account.
