After ironing out some communication issues on the first day (a free day since the first two days are a free trial) things went smoothly. The articles were B- but with 10 mins of polish from me they will be A+ and the SEO is first class. Taking a break to assess all that was done and will definitely use again.

Yes. We are more focused now on building quality rather than quantity. Most of the time, we manually build web2.0 links, add images, videos, add unique articles everyday and build them to look more natural and authoritive. We then blast SENUKE X, AMR and other kind of links to the web2.0 sites.

Besides the web2.0 sites, we also build wiki links, .gov and .edu and other kind of links just to build various link types. We also vary the anchor text and use words like "site, this site, website.com" aside from the keywords which is important to avoid problems.

Our VA's have been up to date with the recent changes and our Project Managers always help them to get up to date.

Do your VA's only do SE0 typ work? I am looking for a VA that does more of organizational work, HTML, small site edits, proposals, keyword research, etc.
**Update- I am on the correct thread and realized your VA's can do all sorts of stuff.
I am looking for someone I can speak to via phone as well, as many times the time needed to explain via typing negates the time saving advantages of a VA.
Could you pm me your skype please if this is possible and I can see if you have something that would fit my needs.
Here is a breakdown of what I need and understand it will be more expensive as I need a truly competent in many areas.
