Sharing is good. It's up to the recipient to filter the shared. No need to point out negatives specially if it's free.

no negative comment just saying of the almost 16k proxies
posted only 4.7k are unique and the other 11k are duplicates.
so rather than just tell the person 65% of the proxies are
repeats so he might learn something, just let him throw
list after list of the same proxies and learn nothing, i thought bhw
was all about showing / teaching / ugh

That's an unfair statement.
Proxygo routinely assists proxy list posters, and imo, his advice is valid and welcome. It's one of the reasons why this forum has a modicum of quality in the proxy section.
There are plenty of places on the web to get quantity over quality ~ ESPECIALLY in the proxy world.
True, your point on filtering is well taken ~ but efficiency is also a decent objective. A poster that cares about the opinion of others rises above spammers. We have some great proxy providers here and helping the noobs will KEEP the quality.

exactly ide rather have 1 good poster than 10 posting the same
proxies over and over in the same thread, did i bash the poster no.
i only pointed out 2 thirds of the proxies posted yesterday were repeats
and maybe a better filtering method will help the user provide better
