Is there any WORKING software that can do it?

There are no public softwares that can any longer do it. You can only get a custom-coded software to get it done or do it by hand ( but that would take too long and yt almost everytime catches u in the act).

I got a custom-coded software myself to comment rate on music videos and such.

Not to be a dick or anything but I dont see how that last statement is even needed. Unless you want people to pm you? is that what you want. and if I pm you what would I get a friendly guy willing to share his script/bot with me or are you going to try and sell me something?

I don't understand why would you PM me for a reply I made to answer a question made by the OP. I am simply trying to say that I had to get a bot custom-coded to get the same job done as there were no public bots available which could do the same.
