Need Auto-Email Responder

I need auto email response generator , with the following features -
> Adds subject
> Attaches an Image
> With Timer... ( like , reply after 5 mins after the user submits his email id )

+ It would be great if it has the feature to mail again and again after every 6 hours

I'm a bit noob, so it would be great if you could setup the thing for me as well,

What i have -
> loads of domains
> dedicated hosting
