ISP blocked almost all ports on VPN

Help me here guys,
see, last month after the maintenance of my ISP
almost all of the ports I'm using on my VPN has been
blocked..

I'm using huawei 153'u3 modem..
the vpn I'm using is openvpn (portable)
Is there anyways, I can tunnel again and bypass
my ISP ?
If my configuration is needed I'll post it here

to my ISP?..
well, they make some action that
they wil no longer allowed vpn users...
so, I tried to work on my vpn config
and look for some working ports but
no luck.. I guess they all blocked the
ports..

If you are from India, then try Hot spot shield. It is the only thing that works right now. For some reason I am also getting the same problem.

No I'm from philippines
Yes .. I use portable Hotspot Shield (latest)
the problem is ISP's blocked the port I'm using..
blocked ports are: remote port: 9201 local port: 52

I guess! my computer is on the locked-down network connect OUT to the server.

is there anyway or an easy way to find an open remote port?..
software..or something..
