How to verify Paypal?

Hey guys , I am trying to verify paypal account registered in california from Ireland. looking for some third party, perhaps a virtual phone that redirects all text messages to my irish number so that i can get the code and verify my account, or do you guys any other suggestions? maybe some way to fool it and verify through a bank account perhaps?

You can't verify a U.S. PayPal just with a VCC - a bank account is needed as well as social security number, if I remember correctly.

If you have no connections in USA ( friends ..) then the only way you can verify your account is buy VBA. But most of the VBAs is E-TRADE type I can't remember at the moment, but I'm sure that it lifts ban percent to ultimatum.
