Just posting my review on this thread I ordered this from Chris and although he was quick and helpful its been two weeks since my report and my website has not moved an inch but infact dropped in rankings, quite disappointed really

I'm really sorry that you feel this way. I wish you had contacted me before posting this review so I could have helped. From more than 300 orders this is the first negative review that we got.
Before I start I would like you to read this:

Again, this IS NOT A MAGIC BULLET where you don't need to do basic stuff like proper onsite seo.

There is just a few thing I seen looking at it for 2-3min

Clearly over optimized content. You are stuffing your keywords where ever you can put them. When you have a keyword destiny of 10% this isn't a good thing.
A really bad onsite linking structure
Stop approving spun comments
2 AdSense units over the fold

Bottom line, fix your onsite stuff an you will be good as gold
