How to Find EDU sites

Hey, i was wondering how to find edu sites to get back links from!

Theres a program in beta that I've managed to get .edu links from, it might only be offered in the donor section for now though.

Some search terms, for use in G of course:

site:.edu
will give you all .edu sites

Search for profile footprints, depending on forum platform, such as:
inurlrofile.php?mode=register site:.edu
as an example.

There's a bunch, just look around for a platform and figure out whats the same in all, use site: to specify .edu and inurl: to add the part of the URL that is going to show up as a footprint with that platform, if there's a few platforms with the same footprint add some regular search terms by itself like "powered by vbulletin" or whatever. Just play with it a little its easy to find a bunch of .edu sites on lots of platforms once you get started.

1. Open google, search "Niche" site:edu
2. On the left sidebar, select options. I usually use "blogs"
3. You can also set to display only posts within 24 hours.

You just need to play with it.

keyword + site:.edu inurl:blog ?post a comment? -?comments closed? -?you must be logged in?

You can also go to google blog search & use this search string. This gives better than the best results for sure..
