I have not been trying out on Craiglist.
For me, I'm more toward simpler area, as I'm non-techie -> link sales.
My routine 'works' are like these :-
- Buy old/new domain
- build blog
- build backlinks
- wait for the blog get indexed and gain some PR value -> sell text links.

Very much simple routine , and pretty much 'passive'. also it's very boring after awhile

But well, so far has been quite alright, income matching my last paid job's salary.

what is the current market rate per link or how do you calculate the rate (base on PR or traffic per month)?
