I guess you just need to manually Ping, and submit social bookmarking.
I think the most effective Ping tool is Pingler, Pingomatic, Pingoat, Pingfarm.

I don't believe in indexing softwares or services. Some people say that blog comment links can index a page fast. Well, I've built 10k+ blog comment links to one of my pages about a week ago and it's still not indexed.

Scrapebos indexer is best but you can also check out magic submitter indexing tool.It also works fine.I use to ping my blog at pingoat and after few days i use to get indexed and get tons of traffic.
