These packages are absolutely safe for brand new sites.

I would suggest building this to the homepage, but it can be built to a inner page as well.

As far as what seems more unique/natural to Google is the homepage.

I had this discussion with someone on Skype the other night. Think about when you are browsing the internet in your leisure time. Do you see backlinks with anchor text? My guess is that 80% of the time you don't. If it is a professional blogger, or something of that nature you are going to see anchor text, but natural user generated backlinks you will rarely see it. This is mainly because the average internet user has no idea what anchor text is or how to achieve it. They are more interested in sharing the link.

Because of this reason I have placed a heavy emphasis on social media in this package. In the social media backlinks the "anchor" is a naked URL and the words associated with the URL are picked up differently. This makes social backlinks incredibly safe for 3 reasons which I have alluded to already:

1) social signals do not target keywords through anchor text.
2) social signals can not be penalized. If they were any site that ever went viral would get hit.
3) Google said before the penguin update that they were moving towards a more social search engine. I don't know of any other way to trigger their social cues than to add social signals.

This was a very long winded answer to your question but this is very safe for new sites and it can either be done to the homepage or to an inner. I usually do it to the homepage.

Look around and let me know if you find something for cheaper....I consider this to be on par with many other providers for 500 Do Follows.

Do Follows are not cheap.

Yeah, I did not see value in it either. All my packages are platinum.

[It is possible that the website with the other service was a bit overoptimalised, so please do not take it too seriously, but 500 CLUB works and holds.]

Now I will go with threads that have no huge response. This part of BHW seems to be influenced by mass behavior. We are no other than the people from who we drain money from.
