Flippa auction problem.

I own a EMD MNS that is now a few months old, it made over $450 last month alone on InfoLinks with all unique content and all pages indexed in Google. I did a no reserve auction on Flippa 2 weeks ago and the buyer still has not paid, I've gotten in touch with Flippa but no response and needed funds for my new business but no response from the buyer or Flippa, do you have any suggestions? I did a front page upgrade as well and ended up spending $69 just to list it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When did the auction end? Email / contact Flippa again, they are usually pretty efficient with their replies. It can be a bit slow, but just explain the situation and they will relist your site for free + give you credits ($69) for future. This has happened a few times with me in the past and Flippa always corrected the problem.

Thanks for the help! I'll definitely bring that up and hopefully will get it relisted at no cost and get a refund. I wasn't aware that they did that. Thanks again.

Yeah if the buyer refuses to pay flippa will refund you (but only in credits to use for another auction, not in cash), so you can auction it again. You can also contact some of the other top bidders on the auction to see if they are interested in purchasing it before relisting the auction. keep in mind rerun auctions usually end up with a lower price.

It happened to me and I contacted the second highest bidder who bought the site at what she bid...worth a try.

Unfortunately this happens. Buyers get caught up with the sales pitch and after they win they start doing their due diligence.

Probably seeing your account linked to 2 banned and 1 suspended account didn't do you any favors. Also checking your claim of unique content and finding the exact same articles on websites you sold previously didn't help either. Your feedback score of 0% from two buyers could have caused concern. Or maybe it was your current status of "Verified invalid phone number" that caught their eye. Making false claims of 5,000 unique visitors a month for a long tail that Google says doesn't get searched once a month isn't very believable. If you're going to make a claim of 5,000 a month you better have some damn good keywords that get searched and you better rank for top spots. Deleting two comments from inquiring bidders during the listing most likely caused concern and using an excuse you're linked to a banned account because you forgot your password and didn't pay a Flippa fee is pretty lame. There are ways to retrieve a password.

Not all buyers are complete fools although Flippa has their fair share. I can see why the buyer backed out of the sale. Good luck with your relist for the 3rd time now. I doubt it will go much better that the previous two times.

What you're talking about? About OP's listing? If its about op's listing then , its a matter of troublesome now.

Flippa's not that big of a website. Search closed auctions for an MNS advertising $450 a month from two weeks ago (15 days).
