I had that crash for a while.
Solved it with a pretty simple update of one of the prog dev apps on my machine (Think it was ".net") - It had got corrupted during a M$ update.
Vince is a top bloke and will put you right on this if you pop along to his forum. Very talented, always looking to improve, ane of the real nice guys in SEO.
But I'm guessing it's a system issue - it happens. Might require re-install and update at worst I'm thinking.
