The Ultimate Niche Finder is the best and most recent Keyword & Domain research tool available. It's faster than the competition, and yields quality results in an organized and very clean cut manner. The UI/UX is easy enough for a beginner but robust enough to be the go-to tool for an expert or even 'master of SEO'. Quite simply, it get's what you need done, and done fast. Equally importantly is the amazing support, almost instant responses and support via e-mail. In contrast to the other (mostly dated) tools available, UNF is the best tool you'll find, and what you should be using. Combine that with the spectacular support from Clyde and you've got yourself a winner. And for reference, I've used almost every KW Research tool around over the past 5 years. Props to the UNF team'

Can anyone recommend a method to filter out low search volume and other bad keywords before loading a very large list into UNF?

maybe someone can pitch in and help me. I keep getting constant timeouts. I have went through 5 accounts in the last couple of days. is this a common problem when google decides to break the tool or is this related to the accounts. do the accounts need to be aged and marinated? can a new account be opened and then just run my research? what are the daily research limitations with regard to the adwords account quiries...seems after it turns over 2-3000 kwd's on a new account, i start getting time outs ...is this the norm or is this just related to recent google changes and the need for the developer to step in. between each of these accounts i have cleared history and cookies. I literally cant get past expanding and reexpanding one keyword without getting timeouts on the next batch. This is not to say anything bad about the tool, as for me once it is working right, it is actually just what i have been needing in my mix of kw research....just having no luck whatsoever.

thx

for what its worth I opened another new account and the account is working fine because i went into there manually and did a search, however the tool, using the same credentials just gave me a timeout. Please clyde if this is just another stubborn update (which i think it is because when i first logged into the account it takes me to "ad groups beta"), just let me know so I can be patient and await a fix.

how is the accuracy of the difficulty rating performing now after penguin updates? Does it take into considerations social signals of websites ranked on pg 1?

UNF analyzes the Top 10 sites so it was less accurate right after the update because all the sites are all over the place but it's very accurate now as they started ranking sites by backlinks and authority again.

For anyone who has problems with timeouts on UNF, its likely to do with certain adwords accounts, I was using two US adwords accounts purchased from fiverr.com I was getting timeouts.
As soon as I created my own UK account for myself it was working perfectly fine again.

Thanks for updating us!

Hi Dennis, just replied to your last email.

Very sorry you have to go through this but I asked you for your seed keyword so I can try expanding to 30k make sure there are no timeouts before I email you again. G is very weird, it's only timing out for certain keywords but not for all. Our programmer is looking into this as I type this.

thanks for the replies and all the help so far. yes g is trying to drive everyone in the industry insane. Im sure it will take alot more than a few bumps in the road though; lol

No problem, it's my responsibility as a vendor.
v1.4.34.2 uploaded, patched the time out issues!
:)

Restarted to update, let me know how it goes.

clyde, thanks for the program first of all, I've find out a lot of great keywords with it.

In a future update, I was wondering if would be possible for you to add a function which would enable us to load and save our own filter settings instead of having to keep creating them every time we do a project.

I posted pm about UNiches :o

Replied to your PM and upgraded your account to PRO!

Thanks for the review! We'll consider it!

At the moment, you can also right click -> Crop (delete filtered out keywords) as an alternative.

How do I reset the license on my pc? UNF keeps saying that I already actived it on 2 pc and just and the "Start Using UNF" is just grayed out. I push "check" button, and nothing. Funny thing, is that I only installed this on one pc so far.

Hi, just sent an email about a feature request. I was wondering if you have plans of adding a column for the average PR of the top 10 sites for a keyword.

Thanks.

I feel like these days the difficulty rating is backwards. I have KWs the UNF marks as "Very Easy" but every result on google is PR 6 or higher. On other KWs it give the difficulty rating on "Hard" and these KWs have nothing but youtube videos on the first page. PM me please

I have found similar issues with how it sizes up keywords. Anyone else? Is the algo it uses broken? It has shown me sites that it ranks has very easy where you need 1 backlink to win #1 and that is totally false.

Besdies your brain and the google keyword research tool are there other tools that are better at analyzing competition then this?

PR is not the only ranking factor. Just because it's a PR6 doesn't mean it's hard to outrank, Amazon.com's inner-pages for example are easily outranked. If you have any specific question please email askclyde-at-hotmail.com

No, it's not broken. We use SEOmoz's OSE to check backlinks, the #1 page has 1 backlinks according to them. If this is false please email me at askclyde-at-hotmail.com

As you know Google did an update recently that might have "threw-off" the SERP but everything will be back to normal eventually. i.e: right now we might have non-deserving sites that are ranking #1 temporarily.

The more accurate method is to actually look at all the Top 10 sites but since nobody knows what Google exactly use to rank websites at any given time, you can only be accurate to an extent, and it's your opinion against others.

@everybody else,

Thanks for all the new orders!
Appreciate the support!
