Selling a 1 week old site

Hi, I got a around 1 week old website that provides 3 different clickbank product reviews. I haven't done any seo but the site is all site up the only thing that is necessarily is to paste the buyers promotional link and get the traffic rolling. It's in the relationships niche.

What do you think such a site is worth?

Weren't expecting that much, I have never sold a site before. Generally this was a test site to get started with WordPress as I have never used it before.

Forgot to mention that the site is using a $35 theme, that should raise the sites worth, right?

selling something is about to give something with a certain value/feature to someone in returns of cash...
...selling someone tires but stating it as a car or as something that one day will be a porsche won`t get you far.

why should someone buy it?
it has no value to a customer as it has no usefull or worth the cash-results.
it won`t be more than a "set-up-fee" you will be getting.

Not much. If you wanna sell a website it either has to have a traffic, traffic with income, good domain name, good design, high potential of making money in the future for some reason or everything together.

Make more articles, much more. Make 'em unique and of quality. Do some link building. Rank the site on some good keywords. Get it to roll in some cash. And then put it on flippa for a reserved price of your choice (I usually don't set up the reserve for more than "month income" X 8)

So your site actually has 1000 visitors a day??? 30k a month? Why don't you put a fitting offer (cpa) on it and earn yourself then?

why sell it?

if its a test site then start testing your link building skills too then you can learn that, earn money from the ads then sell at a much higher price later on
