Hi can you please tell me that if i can use my Payoneer card to verify paypal account..
Actually the problem is that paypal doesn't accepts members from my country now what i want to do is to upload funds to my payoneer card and use it for paypal shopping... Is it possible?

You can access your Payoneer card balance by using the card to make purchases online, in stores or at ATMs worldwide that accept MasterCard. We currently only support US card to bank transfers, however international card to bank transfers are something we are looking in to implementing for the future.
PayPal does allow verifying an account with a debit card, and the Payoner card is a debit MasterCard card. You can also apply for our US Payment Service to withdraw funds from PayPal to Payoneer via US bank transfer. Unfortunately, you would be required to have an active PayPal account in order for this to work.
Hi Nissim, was wondering...is it possible to lift the private load limit (1k/load)?

Unfortunately, due to rules and regulations that Payoneer must adhere to, the daily private load limit of $1,000 cannot be increased.

What you mean here by 1k for private load ?
What if i receive 2k or 3k from my affiliate network ?

There is no limit to the amount that you can receive from any of our partner programs (the affiliate network).
Private loading is an additional optional service for Payoneer cardholders, where anyone can load funds to your account via Visa/MasterCard.

That's great, really! But is that available for ANY affiliate network accepting direct deposit or just to select companies on your list ?

Payoneer provides you with a US account/routing number linked to your card, which can be used to receive funds (not send funds). Payments received are then automatically loaded to the Payoneer card.
You will only be able to receive payments from the companies listed, however if there is any company or affiliate network not on the list that you would like to receive payments from we can always consider adding them. Just PM me the details, or e-mail me at [email protected].

You can apply for the card by selecting Payoneer as the payment method for your account with any of our partners (companies that pay with Payoneer).
If you are not getting paid by any of our partners but would like to apply to receive payments via our US Payment Service, you can apply for a card using this link.

It would depend on the program you applied from, as pricing and fees may vary (depending on the partner set up). If you PM me the e-mail on your account, I'd be happy to check.
Note: Payoneer does not charge any fees until you receive a payment. So the activation charge (which is one-time per account) would be deducted from future payments only.

so i will only be able to get payment from US residents only???
they can use there visa or master cards??

Once you have applied for and received the Payoneer card, you have a few different ways to receive payments:
1) You can receive payments from any of our official partners. If you have an account with a company/business that offers payment via Payoneer, simply select Payoneer as the payment method for your account with the company (a partner of Payoneer) and enter your Payoneer card information.
2) Payoneer also offers a premium service known as the US Payment Service. This service allows you to receive US ACH transfers from select corporations. The way it works is that Payoneer provides you with a US account and routing number, linked directly to your Payoneer card, that can be used only to receive funds (from select corporations). All payments received are then automatically loaded to your Payoneer card, which can be used worldwide where MasterCard is accepted. To apply for the service, simply contact our customer support department using this form.
3) Payoneer also has a Private Load service, which allows cardholds to receive payments from anyone using a Visa/MasterCard( they can be non-US residents). Private loads are reviewed on an individual basis, and subject to approval by our payment approval department.
