How do you cover your Black Hat Money?

Hey everyone,

Im looking to make some black hat money but Im scared of a company suing me like what Twitter done to TweetAttacks.

I can cover my Domain by buying it via a VCC, Fake details and offshore hosting but I dont know how to cover the money I will potentially recieve.

Companies such as Google, Twitter, Facebook etc would just follow the money trail if they cant find out who a website belongs too, so how does someone get money anonymously?

If I cant cover the money, is there any point in trying to cover the domain? The only benefit I see would be that it'll slow them down for a bit.

How does sites and Black Hat Software like FaceDominator do it and stay alive? Surely facebook will come knocking soon? or maybe they dont know yet since the software is not very popular such as what TweetAttacks was with Twitter. I suppose its good to NOT get popular and stay under the radar that way you dont attract attention to yourself and you make money slowly.

What you are worried about is the fear we all have as blackhatters. At the end of the day, we do what we do b/c of money. And "cash transactions" in our line of work are few and far between to say the least. There will ALWAYS be a trail, and that is the trail the money takes to get into our bank account. The key to success is convoluting and distorting that trail as much as possible. Your VCC/domain name purchase is a good example -> if Social Network Site wanted to sue you for the $1,000 you're worth and the shirt off your back they'd look up the registrant's contact info (which is fake) -> then they would file a claim, subpoena the registrar (offshore would delay things even more) for your account info -> then they'd get led to a virtual credit card and fake info on that front-> they'd also get the ip address you used to register -> then they'd be led to your proxy provider -> then they'd file a claim against them and subpoena to get your real IP -> then they'd be led to your ISP (which if it's out of the US, this would truly be spectacular) -> then they would file a claim against the ISP and subpoena the contact info for the account that was assigned that IP -> then they'd find you. WHAT company is going to go through such great legal lengths to claw back the crumbs you've scraped from them?

Now, your job as a true blackhatter, is to make every step of the money trail just as difficult for somebody to find you. Good luck.

Domain: VCC, Fake Details, Offshore Hosting, Register via Public Internet also going though multipule Public I.P's on a Virtual PC and spoofing MAC Address: Cant get me

Sell Goods on Domain: Payment Processer: They can get me

Every payment processor will have my bank details etc and will eventually give up my detials when asked by the likes of Goo.gle, Twit.ter, Face.book.

You need to make yourself as liquid as possible. Dont keep your money in your bank accounts, and get yourself a gf u can trust to be able to hold onto your money if u do need to put it in the bank etc etc.

Other than that invest in gold and silver, and then either
a) Put it in a safety deposit box
b) Bury it (sounds silly but it works)

The key is getting the money that comes in, OUT, and as soon as possible

To do this safely you need to know what does and doesnt fly "under the radar" in your country.
In the land of the free and home of the slave, america of course, they moniter cash out of bank accounts very closely.
They dont like slaves having real money, other than just cards they can turn off at will

Point it, its not hard. You just need to be smart.

If you have REAL money, get an offshore account. You can get one set up in Panama for about 3,500 USD last I checked, I think it might be less for swiss accounts. But I don't really think you need to be worried about covering your trail if you're just doing small black hat business.

Best way to cover is to pay taxes.

Unless you're selling straight up fake products or unauthorized replicas, or are sending massive amounts of completely unsolicited spam email, or being extremely deceptive with billing, or providing illegal products, or getting paid and simply not delivering anything, I don't think you have too much to worry about.

Getting income from building backlinks, playing with the terms of service with sites, writing articles, toying with social media will not get you in trouble. If it did, this site wouldn't exist.

I've made money with IM, reported and paid taxes, and kept on keeping on.

As long as you're making money, you cannot hide it. Accountants are modern day Inquisitors.

why would one cover the money he makes...even if he makes it blackhat?
only greed would be the answer. paying taxes? noone likes it - but it`s ok and you won`t have to worry about something.
if you do fraud or scam people to make money...
...you of course would need to be covered - but history teaches us that it is no good way to go and somehow, someday you get an answer to your actions.
