Would it be possible to use more keywords? How about pointing all the article submissions to Tier 1 instead of money site?

I can't reply or send p.m.s since I do not have 15 posts yet but I got a few questions asking how I got out of penguin using Jabong's service.
It's important to note I'm still hit by penguin but i'm dealing with it everyday to work my way out of it (by diluting anchor text or removing links).
This is what I did. Buy the serp 2.0 explosion. Then instruct jabong to send your links to either the impacted page hit with penguin (in my case this is usually the root domain name) and then a second page that you want to rank, say the money post.
I didn't request all my anchors to be naked urls or "click here" type of anchors but it worked pretty well for me. Mind you my penalty is -200 to -800, a severe penalty. I've gotten back to page 2 to 4 on 2 of my sites while a 3rd site is back on page 10 from page 80.
Going forward if you have a big penalty or want to remove it asap, make all your anchors the root url of the impacted page or the subpage's url as the anchor text. Make sure to let Jabong know that your site is hit by penguin so she'll make any adjustments (if needed) to help you out.
If your total anchor text as a percentage is 65% or more money keywords, you NEED to get that down to below 65% to have any chance at full penalty removal. I'd imagine the authority and pagerank of the links also factors into things as well. In my case I got a ton of authoritative money keyword links so I'm paying the price for over-optimization until I throw in more naked url type links.
Expect results to be immediate to 10 days after order completion. If your penalties are massive like me, you already know that you will need MORe links and stronger links with un-optimized anchor text to work your way out, like me, so a serp 2.0 may not be enough but it goes a VERY LONG way and for 34$ that's a steal. Buying serp 2.0 with other link building methods will get you out of the penguin deathtrap much faster and much harder if you persist enough. It definitely is helping me out.

My keywords has low com, but yet this package got my:
main keyword to be ranked #13
one long tail is ranked #19
and many other long tails between #33 to #90
All of this just after 7 days or so, all keywords were ranked before.
I'm waiting for a little more cash flow and I'll try another package on a site that was penalized by penguin.

All of the 100 Google + included in the package disappeared after a few days and never returned. What's up with that? In fact the G+ amount never went past 50 ish.

facing the same problem over here.. well they are not completly gone yet, the number is clearly going down steadily.
anyway: service increased my kw1 by 6pos. and my kw2 by 10pos.
