Is there any free software for bulk sms sending?

I don't think so there is any free bulk sms software. even if there is then you minimum have to pay for sms charges.

You can do email to sms but its rate limited to like 200 per hour per carrier UNLESS you use gmail then you can send unlimited speeds BUT gmail will block your messages before they even get out so its tough.

Modem pools are the absolute BEST route to go. My cost is 0.0000048/sms or 0.04 per 10k sms sent with 100% delivery within 4mins.
