There is someone on youtube who keeps reuploading my videos whilst downvoting the original ones. I have reported him to youtube multiple times but nothings happening. Can someone help me delete his channel or etc?

Try to watermark the video with your logo or channel url maybe This way your channel will get more popular and you will use him for that.

Haha. I didn't give you context. My channel is a legit gaming channel and he keeps screwing up my channel whilst using my vids to make his bigger and youtube isn't doing shit about it.

You need multiple accounts to do it. Post a request in freelancer secession, some one might help.
As "Brain_Pain" said you can watermark your videos, but still its easy to remove using some software. Only way around is reporting.

It's very hard to talk to YouTube about gaming because the legal owner is the games company, so just put a watermark and take it as a compliment that somebody is trying to earn money with your videos.

If you don't have access to multiple accounts, get your friends to go on his videos and bad mouth him and what not (Also report for something like spam).

In personal experience, when I've used this method 90% of the videos I've done it on have either been removed by the user or taken down by Youtube.
