So Google has already shown two new weapons from its arsenal one by one; Panda and Penguin(both being quite destructive).
What can we expect from Big G next? What can be the third weapon or may be the third P?
As google is targeting the over-optimized sites using BH tools/methods so it won't stop after the two P's I suppose and the Black Hatters must try to foresee and forecast the next move from google. It would be better to plan a strategy beforehand wouldn't it or just wait and see?
What do you say about that?

I think Google Penguin was their last Big update for a long time!!

It pretty much has ended seo web spam....that works for ranking anyway!

Anymore I think seo efforts that are spammy have very little positive effect if any....and this was a long time comming!

as much as matt cutts makes and as long as he has been at his job...this should have been done a long time ago.

social signals are pretty much untraceable, thats the future of all seo.....

I mean look at what worked up till recently...

1,000 profile backlinks...would give you a boost?? ayfkm....? how un-natural is that?

or 1,000 bookmarks on shit sites.....?? the only people who use bookmarks, are on the main bookmarking sites....doesnt take a rocket sientist/google engioneer to figure that out.

this is stuff Google is just getting a handle on?? a multi billion dollar company?? lol

I don't agree... Firstly Google will never end any webspam, their algo is human written software it has holes and exploits, big g has just changed the values on the algo to weed out crap. People will figure out the next way to make there sites $$$ with bots or a scheme that will work.. In my opinion the old methods work they have to be tweaked and look natural even for manual review all our fun tools still work you just have to blast less, make more tiers and micro manage your wheels and pyramids and you will be fine!! allot have taken a hit, but they also blasted there sites with tons of crap, put no care into there content and they are now paying the price! make original to well spun content, make the density on the anchors good then make another pyramid to those Tiers(decent content) blast that, bookmark it and wham you will be back to your lovely spot on g. The problem is the people who spend time on this forum and who read the posts and experiment are doing OK. the noobs and the people that want instant gratification are failing....

Google its a spider, web robot made by men/women, so are our tools and schemes..

We will be fine just gain knowledge and the you will have the power.

We can always go to Google's server farms and pull the power plug!!!! :D

Eventually when we type something into google, its just going to be nothing but Walmart and Amazon selling shit.

When somebody says "Expect the unexpected" slap them in the face and say "You didn't expect that did you?"

So it seems that two P's were more than enough for next few years?

Google always tried the way to block blackhat! but penguin is so effective to block the way we rank our sites.
google will come up with next P's in next year i think!

The worst of times is the best of times.
I think everyone who is blackhat will have the method to respond the 2Ps.

There are still a lot of things that work, I just doubt you will see a lot of SEO's blabbing about them in here. The Good SEO's that keep their secrets to themselves know first hand, high rankings with little effort can be achieved if you have the money to buy what you need.

You have to remember, Google makes changes that are defensive. They look at what we do and try to find a way to destroy our work. We look at what Google does and create a plan of attack. Google may win a few battles here and there but they are not going to win the war.

Penguin proved one thing, Google is willing to sacrifice the quality of their results to take us out. Bing is happy to filter our linking efforts out of results to keep the quality of their results high. Who will win using that strategy? Bing.

Some of the best relationships you can have are with your competitors. Bing tolerates a certain amount of stuff we produce, we give Bing some good content to display.. you don't hear people bitching about Bing search.

Google wants to control everything, social networks, search.. do you think all of us are going to give up? I don't know about you but I like food on the table. For me, the Internet is a way to feed my family. I am not going to give up. I am going to retreat, have a look at why I got my ass kicked, look for my enemies weaknesses and exploit them in another attack.

The more Google does to filter results, the more content they will loose. Every person who has ever built a quality website for the sake of making money has done SEO. If you kill those sites that have done any SEO, what the hell will you be left with? The garbage we created to promote our quality sites that we never did much SEO on.

If Google is happy to serve that crap in results, let them. It will be the end of their business.

Until Google finds a balance between what they will let us do to rank a site so we can eat and what they are happy with making out of adwords and adsense, this battle will rage on. There will come a day when we get so good at what we are doing that a room full of geeks with a lot of money will not have a hope in hell of beating us.

What does not kill you makes you stronger. That is fact.

I would suggest the opposite is true. Penguin's update is HIGHLY vulnerable to spam links, directories and paid links of all types.
Seeing new sites take top spots in very very lucrative markets with minimal capital outlay and spam links.
Hell, I'm doing it successfully!

I've seen some signals google is trying to stop the 301 redirect blasting that has continually ranked crappy, thin sites in mega niches. It seems their algo can recognize them a lot faster now (in some cases) than 5 weeks ago.

I will tell you this:

My #1 competitor has 100k links mainly wikis, forums, guestbooks and blog comments...

He is ranking for a pretty nice keyword and domain is only a few months old!!!

He is there for almost a month... and this is post panda/penguin..... Ah btw, he also links to his MAIN SITE which is an ALEXA top 1000. He links to his main site using a 301 redirect.
