fiverr had a huge 'schedule' maintenance on 15 may, any other seller here facing fall in orders since then? mine only getting 1/2 of what i use to get. Really nervous here, just need to know if that's just my personal problem or every1 else same?

I also wasn't able to but until 8 hours ago. Contact the support, they might get it fixed because they are not that great. I have one 3x order that is never clearing, I contacted the support twice and they just tell me to wait.

Yeah this is ridiculous for a company just receiving 15 million more in angel investment... you'd think they'd hire some better programmers or at least a few more of them... i couldnt withdraw money for 5 days either... just kept getting the run around with support too

I agree with you too. Or they might have new programmers who are messing with the site. Who knows. But what matters is clients are losing track of some of the best providers.

I'm not able to cancel my orders and buyers are not able to mark the orders as complete. It's really becoming difficult to do business there.

I started a gig 2 weeks ago and was getting 2 orders a day, my gig was the 2nd "auto" result on fiver for the keywords and went to the 4th page after the maintenance. Since i'm pretty new there i don't know if that's normal or due to the maintenance.
Either way after the maintenance I've been receiving 1 order/day, probably cause i'm still in the 7th position for the "Rating" results.

Also quick question, when do i get promoted to level 1? I completed 22 orders with 15 positive reviews (7 other orders weren't rated). So i was wondering if it will come automatically after a specific time or if i have to contact fiverr to request it.

well i guess it's game over for middle tier seller now, top seller will continue their game with even more sales, while fiverr fak up sub categories to try to make new gig have more appearance, but guess what, all new gig shown were some peoples that have 20 account and spam 20 same gigis on each of the acc.

It worked perfectly well before, but they have a lot of people being paid a lot of money and these twats have to justify their existence so they break things!

Yeah same here
I didn't know about the update thing as it's just a "side line" project for me (Fiverr)
I thought that i could make a couple of extras $ per month without working a lot with them but now it has stopped. Also, the mails get delivered slowly ?
