Absolutely useless plugin which makes your blog work slow like a turtle. Everything it does and ever more can be easily achieved via small changes in template + robots.txt.

I don't think its useless
no doubt it performs easy tasks but if you do it manually then that will be time consuming
so basically it saves time
and regarding pro version
I had seen the features on their site but I didn't find any specific feature for which you would like to pay
get pro version only if you want to support the plugin author
