i have a site, on top main Search Engines, but not monetized, and i dont want to do it cause i have too many big projects and dont have time for. Im thinking to list this site on Flippa, What do you think about Price? i have no idea where to start. BTW, this site is a Legal Niche... take a look at screenshot:

As i stated in my first post, this site is not monetized, i registered last year, did some seo, and later i left and forgot about, and i just renew some of my domains and i saw this site, when i checked i was surprised about....
