How many accounts can you sell me (youtube PVA) for $9.87? That's all I have on paypal for now ;/ and I need them urgently.

It's very important for me. All accounts I make get banned after 2-4 hours (I do it without PV) ;/ I can't work without them and my old accounts (50) got banned yesterday as well;./

I am new to this kind of stuff such as purchasing accounts and all that, but since it's EXTREMELY BORING and TIME-CONSUMING to make my own, I have decided to purchase them. So far I understand that few methods are safe, i.e. few methods of mass-producing PVAs avoid your accounts from being mass deleted soon after purchasing due to the way they were created.
My questions are:
1) why do you offer replacement for unused bad accounts? What do you mean by "bad account"? If by bad account you mean it's already banned when we try to log in for the first time, how are you sure the others won't soon be banned? Note that I take extreme care and use only one IP per accounts, clean browser cookies and flash cookies. I am cautious with YT accounts and never had my manually created accs banned.
2) are accounts really created one per IP, avoiding thus multiple bans due to IP relation between them?
Well, that's all I guess. I'd rather pay you here than through your site. You, along with 2 ~ 4 users are the only trusted providers that I was able to find here.
