I'm wondering how all the Mac guys use their beloved computers for blackhat. I'm really unhappy with vmware and parallels and other partitions (wine is my current choice for windows only programs) for regular .exes. I haven't tried using wine with any of the bots/programs, so I'm unsure if that's a posibility. I'm about to just get a cheap computer for running blackhat shit, but wanted some recommendations from the other mac guys. What are you using? Should I break down and get a non-mac machine (GASP!)?
Thanks

Im happy with vm ware, seems to be causing no issues. Love my mac!

I use BootCamp. I find that it is the fastest because you are actually running windows directly from your computer. Plus, unlike parallels, you are only running one operating system at a time. I have never had any problems...

^That's how wine is for me, runs directly off the mac interface. I've tried all of those and have been unhappy, although it could because I was using pirated soft. Think using vps is the way to go?

What were you unhappy about/what was the problem?
It works like a charm for me.

Actually, at the time I tried Bootcamp I was pretty MacNoobie so maybe I just wasn't using it properly. can't remember. Wine has done reasonably well, although now your making me want to try BC again. You in AZ?

I use a mac and have two VPS's from Hostamus. I run everything I need on the VPS and on your mac you only run a program called Remote Desktop Connection (Microsoft.com for the d/l) and it opens a window (full screen if you'd like). I have two external monitors for my macbook pro and one monitor is dedicated to the VPS's.

Just went to Vps and whst a difference. Tools are running great! Better submissions, speed, more links.

Seems that life is going to be full of surprises for you...

I'm also using Mac, but i don't use that much any automation software, so I get by just fine. Otherwise there's just need for Windows (VPS or not), can't really cut it otherwise.

Hi Guys, Is there any cheaper solution for VPS? Most of them i checked are charging $ 40 + .

If we have to compare between VMWare Fusion and Parallel which one you guys think is best?

Just went to vps and what a huge diference in speed snd submission!
