LTD Jurisdiction for PayPal

Hey guys,

Anyone has experience with offshore LTDs that process payments thru PayPal?
E.q. if I set a company in BVI, for example, PayPal will mind, right?

I'm looking for something with zero tax, or low tax that is fine by PayPay. Anything you can suggest?

BVI and Seychelles inside, that should be enough for the start.

PayPal does not like offshores. You will have problems with paypal if you are trying to register an offshore corporate account with them.

Ireland and switzerland are the best places it seems to set up a company for paypal use. They both have low corporate tax rates.

Aren't there places that are tax exempt if the business isnt generating the money on there home soil? ex. the bank account and company or registered offshore, but the money is coming from USA/England = no tax... I am pretty sure there are some of those

Try to get PayPal United Arab Emirates then. No tax at UAE or maybe make some stealth Paypal Account.

Currently,you can only put the money from a UAE paypal account into a U.S. bank account or debit card.
