I've used 20 different URLs (same site) with 6 KWs (spintax) each when placing an order for "Wikis only". Will I see any ranking improvements or is this too many?

It depends how competitive the keywords are. But generally speaking, a lot of our customers experience ranking improvements even when they use a ton of anchors and URLs. This is not that surprising since Google appears to be favoring anchor diversity a lot more after the recent update.
