Yes I have experience and there is a whole group on Facebook named EZ Money Method that is growing by the second with lots of us affiliates earning from $150 per sale I don't know where you got the $5 per sale but that is for the cost per signup for the customer. So if you like to know more you can check it out in the group how we are all earning up $150 up to $30K just selling it as a product.
