need a photoshop person to edit 1 image

I need someone proficient in photoshop to edit the name of a photocopy of an ID for me.
The ID is being used to verify ownership of an MMO account, nothing shady or fraudulent involved.
(The template ID being used is my own, No concerns there either)

Simple 2 spots on the ID need the text changed to a different name, Colors need to be blended, Would like to get this done fast and cheap.
