Had a VPS with lower specs from these guys in the past but canceled it because I moved most of my tools to a couple of machines at home.
Couldn't resist this offer though for unmetered bandwidth at this price and I was up and running within 12 hours after payment.

I didn't get the discount because I'm a returning customer but $30 or $75 is damn cheap for what you get.
The speed is great...love it.

1) I would use the VPS mainly for
- auto-watching youtube videos
- uploading videos
- tracking torrents

Is any of the above activities not allowed?

2) If I choose an OS and later I figure out one of my tools is not supported on that OS, can I switch to the other with no additional cost?

1.) Yes, all of those are allowed with us.
2.) If you wish to switch to a different OS, then there will be a one-time charge of $6.50 to switch. Most tools will work 100% fine on XP Professional.
