Hi Thomas,
As you can see, since starting with your service, my first page rankings has now dropped almost completely off google.
I know it was the penguin update that did this, and was not your fault.
My question is, do you think you can help this penalized site, or should I stop trying to rank this site, and start a different website?
Please let me know what you think.

The farther you fall at first the better the backlink package was. Don't stress out but be happy. but it could take around a month before you come back up. but you will come back up higher than before and after a few weeks after coming back you will move up slowly even more. If you are not deindexed then this was not a penalty but just google needing to recalculate your rankings due to alot of good links being made.
This has happened to me many times with many sites. And they have always came back even stronger then when they fell. This is more likely to happen with newer site <6 months with few quality backlinks.
When ever i fall from a backlinks package with a newer site I just smile and wait........

Hey man, yeah as you say this was not caused by us, but we are doing our best to help you guys that were hit who have come on board after the penaltys and the small few that were hit when with us, we are having good success mate but as I said I can't put a time frame on cases like this but as jason said below these usually come back stronger than before, will shoot you an email now though!

Hey buddy,I see a lot of these threads were you mention how exciting it is to lose rankings...and I know where you are coming from, but it don't always work that way. I think most people were hit by Penguin...it sounds like you were not which is awesome. It is not always such a great thing when you go down in rankings...not post penguin. I get ya...but please don't use this as a copy and paste message anytime you see someone moving down.
With that said....T0mmy ol chap. How are your clients fairing since Penguin? Have you had anyone recover that fell?

Hey man, I love how everyone has their own anaylsis on this "penguin" update. Although I get what your saying and I somewhat agree, but at the same time I agree with what he posted as drops usually do come back stronger.
But yeah as mentioned in the last 2 pages of the thread we have pulled quite a few people back and continue to, check out page 5 for screenshots and comments from clients we have helped pull back!

Your probably right about that. all my sites just went up after the updates from G@@GLE. I am refering to falling from backlink packages not updates from G@@GLE. And I can imagine how hard it would be to determine why you fell, if you ordered a backlinks package and an update happened at the same time.
I guess you can look at it this way.
If you fell from a quality backlink package, then you'll be fine.
If you fell from an update then start searching BHW for others who fell and see what you all have in common.
