About how long should we expect to wait before seeing some kind of movement in the SERPS? It's been 11 days since I got my report, and I've seen absolutely no movement in any of the 20 keywords I'm tracking for this site.

It takes from one week up to two months to see the effect. The reason is that most of the Directories do not accept submitted sites instantly but they review the site and accept it in that timeframe.
