I have listed about 8 items in 4 days,here is my result:

By looking at the number of watchers and views. You have done fairly good, must be doing something right. First you get views, then watchers and then sales. Once you can get views to your listings means you are doing something right. But again, it also depends on the type of item you are selling. Some items are quick on building up views and watchers and sales because of the price/quality/brand - depends on several factors.

Most bids come towards the end of a listing. Since you have a few days on your listing, don't worry, hopefully bids should come in around the last day. At least that is my experience.
