Best way to monetize highly rated comments?

I finally got my comment rater working flawlessly and found that within minutes, I could easily get a hundred unique views on my page by using it. So I now have a question - what is the best way to monetize from highly rated comments?

I had a tutorial on this before, but it got too much attention so I removed it. But basically the absolute best way would be spreading a huge rumor about a big celebrity, and then create a fake page with CPA about the video. (eg. "Eminem died of a overdose, watch video here:" and your fake site)

Ah, that is actually a pretty good idea! Can you recommend a CPA site? I am completely new to that area.

thanks izSpK for your brilliant idea.My tip to your method is to create or hire someone who creates a cartoon video where it shows in funny way or something how eminem died from overdose(i am using your example).We need to do it to prevent the risk of getting banned from cpa companies for content locking fake content.
