Hi, I already got a blogspot blog with around 3k daily visits per day, it's about 3-4months old. The blog has a CPC of $0,0X and got around 1-2clicks per day, do you feel my pain? ;) So I decided to start a new one with high CPC keywords, but the problem is I don't remember how I got traffic to it.
Well here is what I did so far, made 9 rewritten articles. Added adsense ads. Submited to a bunch of crappy backlinks. So far it got 26 views total (made it 3 days ago)
So, throw your tips of how I'm going to get that traffic for people that will click my ads :)! Cheers!

And I'm planning to do 2 unique posts with ~400 words per day. Is this enought to bring in the traffic?

Do some seo work dude. Getting traffic is not only with unique content , but you need marketing - social media marketing, seo, backlinking , submissions on web , blog/forum commenting.
Did you researched the niche before launching the blog? , any keyword research done? Its necessary to go through it or it might end up with crappy blog.

Yes, I researched keywords, I have done some submissions, but I haven't done any social media marketing yet as I really don't know how ;< To be hones I really don't know how I got to 3k visits per day on my old blog. ;s I am very new to SEO so I'm not sure how to get started. thanks

Then first of all , know about things , research and apply what you learned. Start your journey from BHW's SEO section.

You can also try redirecting some traffic from your old blog to the new one... It's not quite targeted traffic, but it'll bump you up a bit.
Cheers!

;o how to do that?

Would the traffic be greatly increased if I bought something such as 50 gov, edu links from fiverr? The service is top ranked and got 1600 posetive feedbacks, or is this just shit?

You should definitely add a link in your old blog to the new one. That should get some of your visitors over to the new site and will give you a link from a fairly high traffic page, which looks good to Google.

Any good tip on how to do that? For exampel create a box over every post that says "visit our partners *link*" sounds good? :)

Well this is the part where you have to get creative. It depends on your blog's theme, on your traffic type, on your relation with the visitors.
The method that might work for others, could not work for you, and the other way around.
Start by placing a few links here an there, and see how it goes. You could try creating a banner and set it on the a few pages or something... Go wild...

Regarding your old blog, don't you think about re-positioning of your adsense ads, there are lots of helpful tips on adsense blog regarding best position for clicking around.

NB: if you found how to get traffic to your new blog, please pm me as I fail in driving more traffic to my blogs, but when I had a few visitors, I see clicks around and it was around $1 CPC.
