Astral Travel

By the way, if you want to increase your probability of going lucid in a dream, try the drug huperizine A.

Man I wish I could do this stuff on command, but I suppose it's not important enough to me to actually practice it. Anyway, if you really want a trip, try ingesting DMT (properly), like Ayahuasca... you'll have an experience you won't forget.

Because now I occasionally get sleep paralysis and false awakenings, two things that NEVER happened to me before I started to try lucid dreaming at will. I don't think it's a coincidence.

Are you still practicing? Maybe you should try and learn to control it by practicing more and setting out specific signs or something that would allow your brain to understand it and actually wake up properly without any sleep paralysis? I don't know, just giving ideas, maybe it's possible to overcome this?

I've practised lucid dreaming for years. I have very vivid dreams and can recall 4 or 5 every night. I can usually become lucid a few times a week but can only retain lucidity for the entire period of a dream occasionally. It's very difficult, even with much practice. Without doubt the first thing I do every time is fly. Words can describe that feeling.

I pledged $80 and preordered one. Can't wait to get my hands on it.

Awww that looks awesome! I really want to get one of those, not sure if I will be able to order one at this time though. :(

Where do you find the time to practice LD? I find that it takes a lot of time to even try making it work. Do you have a dream journal? I find it hard to remember my dreams most of the times, though then again I don't have a dream journal. AWww!

I want to experience both LD and Astral Projection.

PS. Awesome site by the way, I've seen it before but never actually looked into it.

@op I strongly suggest you reading this book. trust me. I read alot of book and this is one of the best I have ever read.

A while ago I bought myself a copy of "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge but I can never find the time or will to actually read it. The description of the book you mentioned sounds very intriguing and I may purchase a copy as I don't like eBooks but I will genuinely need to sit down and read it which I find hard to do these days. I've heard of the book before not sure where though.

Hello Everybody,

At first i started practicing Lucid Dreaming back when i was 15 years old, i have made myself to the point where i have met my classmate in the dream and we shared a code, and during the school break we approved that the code and that's how we knew that we had a connected dream. He is much better than me in LD, but i have had my own experiences, such as calling my guide in Lucid Dreams, then he have shown me the way to where i want to go, or given help for creating objects or staying in the dream for longer time... That was it with Lucid Dreaming..

After some time, the Journey led me to believe that there are more dimensions, more reality than we see with our bald eyes. So, i found Astral projection and it took me a lot of time to study before i got any results, and they were totally random, depending on my mood and how i feel that night. My favorite technique was to imagine a rope falling from the sky (or a ladder) and every time i breath in, i imagine my hands and legs to hold still, but when i breathe out, i imagine myself climbing up. It helps to concentrate more on the motion of going out of your physical body..

I have read most of the books written by Robert Monroe, Robert Bruce - they have most accurate and easy to understand written books about Astral Projection. My all favorite was "Astral Dynamics" by Robert Bruce. He writes about other dimensions, other creatures/beings, parasites and all encounters, environment in other dimensions etc etc..

So, after some time, i reached my first experience.. I was laying in bed and trying out the techniques when i heared a buzz sounding noise in my ears, i was in a trance, and suddenly started to fly out of my body gently (not falling/dropping like most people feel) and my eyes opened automatically.. i saw that being, parasite, and his jaw was disconnected from another and as more i was looking at him, the more he opened his jaws and tried to scare me. I couldn't drop him off, so i started to think about waking up and i suddenly woke up.

Next experience was easier and more friendly. I got out of my body, found myself in my dark room, and some creature held my neck, but i did not see his hands. He, then, sent me the thought that he is friendly and not trying to harm me. I was relaxed as it was not my first experience. I was waiting for his next move, but after a while, i just woke up in my bed.

These experiences are the ones i remember. I have had a lot of strange encounters of my family members, i visited my neighbour, told him how his room looks like, but i haven't seen it since our childhood.. He told me that i was right, but when i told him how did i know, he couldn't sleep that night. Lol..

I have had that one strange experience when i got into a trance and heared something like "Hello, are you here?" And i answered "I am here, who are you?" and my voice started to echo like 15 times.. "who are you.. who are you.. oo are you.. are you.. who are you.." The voice was robotic and strange.. I woke up then..

Sorry, people, that i could not write in a proper article structure, because as i am writing, i am remembering facts from my practices, and i want to make this more interesting to read for people, not mentioning everyday trials of astral projection, or my failures. Most of the times i just got up from my body and started flying through my window through all objects till i wake up, because the speed is raising and becomes that fast that i can't see anything only objects passing by.

All in all, If you are interested in knowing yourself, why you live here, and get to know your environment, or maybe your future after your death, try to read some books I, and others mentioned in these posts, and start practicing Astral projection. I have been into Occult, Black magic rituals, overcame a lot of things in my life, got a lot of experience, and i do not regret it

Next pace of my life is to know our physical surroundings better, our societies, rulers of our world and get my ass off this check by check life, wondering every day where to get some cash for food, or how to pay the bills due to next week. I hope that i will succeed. It takes practice, it takes patience and one day.. You will realize who are you. Why you were born. Were you ment to be rich, or live a simple life..

Thank you for reading. I still haven't written everything i want to say, and my internet connection was out a few times while i was writing this post.. But that's okay. At least i have a chance to share my thoughts with people in this community i respect so much. I thought about writing an eBook. I have a lot of eBooks started, but i start when i have a lot of inspiration. I write 5-10 pages and after a couple of days, it all disappear.. I have a lot of theory on my mind, but less patience. Maybe that's why I am so lost in this Internet Marketing society. I know a lot, but have less to prove that theory..

Thank you all again for reading.

Trust me once you start reading you will not want to stop. Its one of those. I feel you about getting the hard copy I never read books on the comp also. when I read a book like to just focus and read the book.

if you buy it, its pretty cheap i think like 8-10 bucks or something. so its worth it.

Let me know how the masks work out for you. I may grab one if it gives you good results.

Also, I will ping you on Skype about our other business.

Will definitely get a copy, we'll see if I get hooked in though. :)

Nevermind. I went ahead and pledged $80 and ordered my some.

Guys, let me know how these masks work out for you. I'm very eager to grab one myself but I want to spend this money on something else though still related in one way or another... $80 isn't exactly a huge sum but it isn't something I can't spend at this time as all the $10's, $20's, etc... add up in the end. :)

Those masks are the crack! Especially the cosmic one. :p I'm going to buy one.

I tried it a few times as a teen, sometimes i still have trouble falling asleep. My body seems to vibrate internally to a point where i feel stuck inside it. Its hard to explain but its not a nice feeling.

I'm beyond impressed not one heckler on this thread. Lucid dreaming and astral travel must really be getting popular. A thread like this would have been ripped to shreds a few years ago. Probably Inception right?

i was able to do that when i was a child but not in the last few years. i would obvious wish rather often and i am very sure i frequented a several times. i do still have concerns with relax paralysis though.

Bro, I was obsessed for a while there. Flying is a close second to shaggin. I'd set the alarm for 5 am, read about lucid dreaming for 40 mins and go back to sleep. Worked like a charm.

Lots of guys have the sleep paralysis thing. I thing meditation is good for that or more entrainment tapes. Some alpha or theta mp3s from Kelly Howell or BMV.

Sleep(non-thinking) + aware => astral projection.

Non-thinking(0% thinking) + aware + kundalini meditate(cycle energy) => astral meditate.

"Aware" is the key. Aware while you are in situation called " emptiness / nothingness / non-thinking "

And usually, you will be in this situation when you:

- Before the birth.
- Sleep.
- Dead.
- Meditate.

Imagine if you still aware while you are in that situation. :D
Then you can control it.

But it kinda hard though.

The mind is tied directly to the biochemistry of the brain and can not exit it. Is science no longer being taught any more in elementary and high school?

That is why when you doing meditation you don"t think(non-thinking / emptiness / non-existent / nothingness). And it is not linked to your brain anymore. So you just use your sense of awareness, and wave to move/communicated with nature. Just energy/wave, and awareness. No memory, and brain etc.
