If you're creating spun articles for the Web 2.0's, you simply spin the anchor text to include the 5 keywords.I don't think the particular mechanics are all together clear.

Yes, that's correct. Just make sure the keywords are synonyms, LSI or long tail versions of whatever you'd like to rank for. Mixing "green apples", "read apples", "delicious apples", "granny smith apple" will push you up for "apples".

Have you figured out the safest keyword density of the actual article (not anchor text) - for a keyword made up of 2-3 words - say "dog training online"?
Would it be safe to use 2-3%? Or, is it now better to mention "dog training online" only a few times and then mix in lots of LSI keywords, and do the same for the anchor text of the various articles?
This really makes the blueprint confusing, since it was originally designed to be run for ONE keyword.
Why don't we mainly (e.g 40%) link to the page targeted for the keyword (step 2).I use TWO links in each article, both pointing to a random page on a money site or to the root of the money site (I rotate URLs using spinner syntax).
hey cash, how are you using bmd now? trying to get the hang of 6 and it doesnt seem to have the ability to randomly select 1 of your accounts to each url like it used to, unless Im missing something?
No it doesn't. It took me about 2 weeks to figure this out as everyone seemed to be using an older version of BMD that did this and I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong.
I just make about 10+ accounts, and if I want to bookmark 30 web 2.0s I'll make a task for each account, put in 5-6 of my web 2.0s and make it bookmark 2-3 random sites from the main list.
Cash202, I don't know how much I learned from you. Your guide is the most details I've read.
Can you confirmed if this method is still work after Penguin update (with some modifications of course)?
If yes, which parts do we need to modify?
1. Diversify Anchor text (as you mentioned).
2. Diversify Tier 1 with forums, edu blogs...?
3. Stop Xrumer & Scrapebox blast?
4. .....
Also, can you explain this suggestion (step 9):
Why don't we mainly (e.g 40%) link to the page targeted for the keyword (step 2).
Thank you very much. Indeed, you are inspiring me after the Penguin hit!

Thats what I thought. I did find this thread over in the BMD forum that kind of explained it in detail
http://forum.edwinsoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=241, in case anyone else wants to take a look.
OK, here's my take on this Google zoo. It might not be entirely correct but it's kind of good
baseline to evaluate your website.
Firstly, Google hit high PR blog network starting from home page links and finally getting to BMR
and other networks. In my opinion, this is a police action, not some sophisticated algorithm
change. They can't possibly seriously screw high PR without messing up. They whole freaking
system is based mainly on this thing. High PR links work very well. Only that you don't use public
networks anymore. Build something for yourself. It is neither hard nor too expensive.
Secondly, they did the Penguin. A few pages ago I was talking about NOT putting contextual links
inside UNRELATED content. This is, in my opinion, was the main target together with not varying
anchor text enough and not targeting inner pages or targeting pages with the content not related
to anchor text. In short, before Penguin with enough links you could rank any page, nowadays on
page content matters.
Google pretty much just enforced some good practices I was aware of ages ago. Basically, use high
PR links sparingly, use original or well spun ON TOPIC content for tier one (don't scrape'n'spin), link
to inner pages. Make sure if you links to page with "green apples" anchor, the page is about "green
apples" or "granny smith apples", NOT about "red apples" or "pink lady apples". Vary anchor text more.
What I changed in the blueprint:
1. Use 3-5 keywords per cycle and do more cycles. Keywords must be synonyms, long tail versions of
each other or LSI.
2. Link each anchor to the most relevant page on your website. It is safe to send one link to the home
page and another to relevant inner page (as in original blueprint).
3. Do on page properly. Keyword in title, relevant content. It's like SEO 101.
4. If you use high PR links, use it a LITTLE comparing to other links.
That's about it.
Now, here's what I would do additionally to the sites that are important to me:
1. Manual blog comments on high authority blogs at least somehow related to my niche (use pen name,
not keyword)
2. Social profiles on authority sites with brand name and naked links (http://knowem.com to automate)
3. Buy some high authority links like BOTW and Yahoo Directory
4. Use PRWeb.com regularly.
1 & 2 can be automated with a small blog comment blast (with a name, not keyword) and profile blast to
a good vBulletin and PhpBB list (these platforms use generic anchor text). It is a bit risky and I only
recommend it if you're recovering a dropped site and have nothing to lose.
What about the backlink profile of our Tier 1's and 2's. I think we might still be ok throwing spammy links at some of our tiers but the money site and maybe the Tier 1's have to be ultra clean !
