There is truly no point to this thread. What you're saying is very basic in seo and isn't specific to penguin. Penguin targets over optimization, and there isn't even a mention of that in your post.

Hi guys,

This is not a huge article of complete updates but this is a little information about these activities which i mentioned in my topic for those who were saying that social bookmarking is dead now or blogs commenting is no more effective.
This is just a little answer. Please have a patience i will post some useful updates soon.
