I have some free time, learning how to use PS CS4.
If you want me to make a logo for your site FREE, please give me a details for your order.
Example:

I won't make a moving GIF logos.

All logos are free + I'm not professional, but I'll try to do my best.

With all due respect to the op; logos should not be made using PS. A proper logo should be vector based so that the logo can scale without losing any image quality. The correct adobe tool for logos would be Illustrator
